Effective date: 19 August 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to the FocusFlow Android app published by 2fik Apps Studio. It does not replace the privacy practices of third-party services linked from the app or Google Play.
2. Information used for core features
Local storage on your device keeps timer preferences, completed-session history, and focus statistics needed for the app's core features. FocusFlow does not sell personal information.
FocusFlow is designed as a local-first productivity tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
3. Advertising and consent
FocusFlow may use Google Mobile Ads. Google and its partners may process information as described in Google's privacy materials. Where required, FocusFlow will present consent choices before requesting advertising that depends on consent.
For information about Google's handling of data, review the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Account and sign-in features
The current release does not require an account to use its local timer features. If optional sign-in or cloud features are enabled in a future release, this policy and the Google Play Data Safety disclosure will be updated before those features are made available.
5. Your choices and data deletion
You can delete locally stored FocusFlow data by using your device's app-storage controls or uninstalling the app. Ad-related consent choices, when required in your region, are provided in the app before eligible ads are requested.
6. Children
FocusFlow is not directed to children. Do not use the app if you are below the minimum age required by your local law to consent to data processing.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when FocusFlow's features or data practices change. The revised policy will be posted at this address with an updated effective date before the relevant change is released.
8. Contact
For a privacy question or request, use the developer contact details shown in the FocusFlow Google Play listing.
